About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Bridge Property Management. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our property management operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Management: Gather and maintain property-related documents, ensuring they are current and stored electronically in the correct folders.
  • Correspondence and Communication: Manage property-related documents mailed to the corporate office, ensure they are completed and returned, and send out letters and correspondence as needed.
  • Reporting and Data Entry: Generate lender reports, submit to lenders and senior leadership, and maintain department spreadsheets.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with ad-hoc projects, enter payables (expense and construction) for site approval, and plan our annual Leadership Conference.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in a Real Estate Investment environment.
  • Skills: Highly-organized with the ability to solve problems, organize systems, and establish procedures. Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Qualifications: Detail-oriented with excellent office skills, including typing and proofreading. Excellent organizational, communication (written/oral), and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and ability to work as a team player.
