Position Summary

If so, this role may be ideal for you. As the Executive Assistant to the Senior VP of Operations and VP of Market Strategy Development at Coborn's Inc., you will be central to our operations team.

Your responsibilities will include providing high-level support while managing events, coordinating and crafting content, preparing presentations for meetings, handling communications, offering project assistance, and executing various administrative tasks to enable the executive team to lead the organization effectively.


Key Responsibilities:


• Provide high-level administrative assistance to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, event coordination, travel arrangements, and logistics management for executive events, conferences, and business functions.
• Prepare and edit a range of correspondences, reports, presentations, and other documents as required to support the executive and business areas.
• Act as a liaison between the executive and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, timely responses, operational efficiency, and team collaboration.
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met and operations run smoothly.
• Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes/notes, and following up on action items.
• Conduct research and gather information to support executive decision-making and strategic planning.
• Maintain and organize files, records, and documents, ensuring easy retrieval and access.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and uphold the security of executive communications and documents.


Qualifications:


• Previous experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Calendar Management.
• Proven ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the business.
