Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Professional to join our team at Frankel. As an Office Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our Office Manager, General Contractor, and construction staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative assistance to senior staff members, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
  • Perform various clerical tasks, such as answering correspondence, processing mail, and making photocopies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a construction or related industry.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with QuickBooks Online.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
