Job SummaryWe are seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to drive expansion of our Go-to-Market (GTM) efforts for strategic B2B selection, and influence partner team product roadmaps.
In this role, you will work closely with Product Teams, Account Managers, and sellers to define the right customer experience, solve ambiguous problems, and lead complex deal-based negotiations.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with strategic sellers, AB Account Reps, and AB Sales Leaders to execute deal-based negotiations for strategic selection.
- Engage with sellers to drive new feature adoption through data-led insights and collect voice of seller feedback.
- Manage a strategic book of business and deals through ongoing engagement.
- Own strategic programs as part of GTM.
- Manage projects in a timely fashion for multiple deliverables on competing timelines.
- 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience.
- 3+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
- Experience in setting up and managing a sales pipeline.
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
- Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services.

CompensationThe base pay for this position ranges from $74,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $159,200/year in our highest geographic market.
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
