About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to join our Amazon Incentives team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business and grow existing relationships with clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in client engagement and negotiation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver highly effective solutions to our clients.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of sales opportunities, ensuring timely closure and delivery of results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of sales or marketing experience.
  • Proven track record of success in client engagement, negotiation, and sales.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Amazon Incentives drives the Amazon flywheel by enabling businesses to reward employees and incentivize customers with Amazon Gift Cards, Product Vouchers, and Prime. We sell products directly to business customers via our business development team, to smaller customers directly via our self-service channel, and through resellers to scale the business broadly.
