Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our strategic initiatives and programs for Amazon Web Services (AWS). As a key member of our Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO), you will be responsible for defining, establishing, and facilitating the implementation of internal business mechanisms to accelerate service adoption and deliver business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans to drive revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including industry specialists, sales operations, marketing, and finance, to define and track objectives, goals, and deliverables.
  • Work closely with AWSI Pillar teams and worldwide teams to identify cross-industry trends, opportunities, and drive critical domain Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives for AWSI.
  • Provide business insights to stakeholders and support and drive Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
