Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Leader to join our Amazon Ads Partnerships team. As a key member of our team, you will cultivate new partnerships and drive revenue growth for emerging ads products. You will possess exceptional relationship-building skills and be apt to see mutually beneficial opportunities with partners to best represent our customers, our brands, and our advertising products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate new partnerships and drive revenue growth for emerging ads products
  • Manage a portfolio of Amazon Ads partners, influencing their tech and GTM strategy
  • Represent Amazon to C-Suite leaders at partner companies
  • Deep understanding of technical business models and product integrations
  • Work cross-functionally across product, tech, sales, legal, and finance to drive initiatives and programs
  • Drive innovation to address opportunities for enhanced partner growth at scale
  • Own robust goals for revenue, product adoption, and strategic actions
  • Lead with an analytical approach to business development, leveraging data to drive decisions
Basic Qualifications
  • 10+ years of professional or military experience
  • 7+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA
  • Experience thinking and working creatively to develop unique joint value propositions and product strategy within a partner ecosystem

Compensation

The base pay for this position ranges from $158,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $262,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
