About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Black Business Accelerator (BBA) program, you will play a critical role in empowering Black entrepreneurs and small businesses to succeed in Amazon's store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new financial inclusion opportunities to support Black-owned and small businesses
  • Drive cross-functional alignment to achieve strategic objectives and deliver new ideas and creative initiatives
  • Build and scale partnerships with leaders in the financial, capital, business mentorship, and ecommerce space
  • Influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to accelerate Selling Partner growth in Amazon's store
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional or military experience
  • Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $213,800/year in our highest geographic market.
