A Day in the Life

In this role, you will be the face of Hospitality for Alexa Enterprise to our partners and will work with Amazon product, engineering, and marketing leaders to define product and business strategy that delivers results for customers and our business. You will utilize technical skills and business acumen to create strategic partnerships that deliver innovative new experiences customers worldwide.

About the Team

The Alexa Enterprise, Gen AI, Business Development Team operates with individual autonomy and ownership, where business development managers are single-threaded owners of their partnerships. We are results-oriented, take a collaborative approach to the business, and foster a culture of innovation to improve the customer and partner experience.

Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA
  • 7+ years of working with or in Tech Business Development. With Gen AI / LLM experience in a business development/partner capacity

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
