About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our AWS team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.

You will work closely with industry specialists, IBU, Worldwide teams and cross-functional stakeholders to define, execute, and continually improve our business programs. You will also collaborate with appropriate teams to define and track objectives, goals and deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required. Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements is also a plus.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base pay range of $83,100/year to $177,800/year, depending on the location. We also provide equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package.
