About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic-minded Senior Business Development Manager to join our Amazon Fresh Worldwide Grocery Partnerships team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and building strategic partnerships between Amazon and third-party grocers across North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with grocery retailers.
  • Lead complex negotiations with potential partners to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create launch business plans and Go-To-Market strategies.
  • Work closely with partner teams to ensure successful integration and execution of partnership agreements.
About the Team

We are part of the Worldwide Grocery Stores team, which includes Amazon Fresh, Amazon Go, and Whole Foods Market. Our team brings a unique marketplace to customers, offering increased selection and convenience for full grocery baskets from national and regional grocers.

We are a globally dispersed and organizationally lean team, flying while building the plane. This keeps life interesting and provides great opportunities to be entrepreneurial.

Basic Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business.
  • Experience developing and executing GTM strategies that are large in scope.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with ecommerce grocery operating models in North America.

Compensation

The base pay for this position ranges from $153,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $254,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
