Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Dugan Staffing Solutions, Inc. as a Part-Time Assistant. This role will provide administrative support to our clients in various industries, including Hospitality, Retail, and Healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills to clients and team members.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Perform data entry, typing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and other productivity software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
