Position Summary


We are in search of a skilled and seasoned Senior-Level Program Manager with a robust history of leading rapid integration and system prototyping for experimental deployment.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management capabilities, technical knowledge in systems engineering, and a commitment to achieving successful results.

This position provides the chance to spearhead exciting projects and collaborate with diverse teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the entire lifecycle of rapid integration and system prototyping, from initiation through to delivery.

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders and clients.

• Develop and uphold project plans, timelines, and budgets to guarantee successful project execution.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain, to meet project milestones and deliverables.

• Monitor project advancement, identify risks and challenges, and implement strategies to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.

• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project requirements.

• Drive initiatives for continuous improvement to enhance project management processes and boost efficiency.

Qualifications

Required:
• TS/SCI Clearance

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

• 10+ years of experience in program management, particularly in rapid integration and system prototyping initiatives.

• Strong technical foundation in system prototyping and familiarity with relevant technologies.

• Experience in mentoring, guiding, and coaching project team members, including remote teams.

• Proven success in managing complex projects, encompassing planning, execution, and delivery.

• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.

• Strong leadership and communication abilities, with a talent for effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented with outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with defense or aerospace clients and familiarity with military standards and specifications.

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is advantageous.

• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.

• Previous experience managing projects related to optical design, imaging systems, or sensors.

Compensation

$160,000 - $220,000. This represents the typical compensation range for this position based on experience, location, and other factors.
