We are currently in search of an experienced Human Resources Specialist who will primarily handle the processing, transmission, and reconciliation of bi-weekly payroll for the Bank. This role will also support the Senior Vice President of Human Resources with various HR functions, including recruitment and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:Biweekly Payroll Processing
  • Oversee online timesheet records to ensure completeness for bi-weekly pay periods.
  • Act as the primary contact for the payroll system, ADP.
  • Input data for new hires and process terminations.
  • Document and process all payroll changes for employees.
  • Maintain and secure HR personnel files for departmental use.
  • Handle bonus, incentive, and commission payments.
  • Generate payroll and HR reports as needed.
  • Monitor employee leave requests and balances.
HR / Administrative Support
  • Provide comprehensive support for all tasks and projects within the Human Resources Department.
  • Assist with annual Benefit Open Enrollment and the monthly review of benefit invoices.
  • Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Contribute to recruitment efforts, including drafting offer letters and conducting phone screenings.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of payroll experience with knowledge of ADP or similar payroll systems is required.
  • At least 3 years of prior experience in Human Resources is necessary.
  • Ability to work independently while being detail-oriented and inquisitive.
  • Must demonstrate reliability and the capacity to handle confidential information.
  • Dependability is essential.
