HR Operations Leader

In the role of HR Operations Leader, you will engage directly in the daily operational activities while nurturing and managing relationships throughout the organization. Your responsibilities will encompass comprehensive Human Resources support, collaborating with business leaders in areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational design, performance management, and organizational change. As a pivotal contributor, you will execute employee engagement initiatives, deliver exceptional internal customer service, and drive HR excellence and process enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leaders to oversee and implement essential talent management processes, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, talent development, promotions, change leadership, and organizational design.
- Guide and mentor the part-time HR assistant, establishing clear expectations, strategies, and performance metrics, while fostering growth and learning opportunities.
- Adopt a hands-on approach with leaders to enhance business outcomes, improve interpersonal relationships, boost morale, and elevate productivity and employee engagement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, influencing critical business decisions and outcomes.
- Work alongside key HR team members to analyze trends and metrics that inform significant program and policy decisions.
- Manage and resolve intricate employee relations matters, conducting thorough and objective investigations.
- Stay informed about legal requirements concerning daily associate management, minimizing legal risks, and ensuring compliance.
- Provide ongoing performance management guidance to managers, including coaching, counseling, career development, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other HR team members on projects or to provide insights on HR-related programs and practices.
- Serve as a neutral party, offering balanced perspectives for both employees and leadership.
- Oversee and assist with daily operational execution, including recruiting, benefits administration, employee relations and engagement, health and safety, training, company events, and policy communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Human Resources or Business Management.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday) is advantageous.
- A positive attitude and a collaborative spirit are essential.
