We are currently in search of an HR Manager to support our operations. This role will involve hands-on management of daily HR activities and the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships throughout the organization. You will provide comprehensive Human Resources support, collaborating with business leaders in areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational design, performance management, and change management. As a vital contributor, you will execute employee engagement initiatives, deliver exceptional internal customer service, and drive HR excellence and process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to oversee and implement essential talent management processes, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, talent development, promotions, and organizational design.
  • Lead and mentor the part-time HR assistant, establishing clear expectations, strategies, and performance metrics.
  • Engage directly with leaders to enhance business outcomes, improve workplace relationships, boost morale, and elevate productivity and employee engagement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, influencing strategic business decisions.
  • Work with HR team members to analyze trends and metrics that inform effective program and policy development.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters, conducting thorough and objective investigations.
  • Stay informed on legal requirements related to associate management, minimizing legal risks and ensuring compliance.
  • Provide daily performance management guidance to managers, including coaching, counseling, and career development.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues on projects and contribute to HR-related programs and practices.
  • Serve as a neutral mediator, offering balanced perspectives for both employees and management.
  • Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, health and safety, training, company events, and policy communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Human Resources or Business Management.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with HRIS systems (such as Workday) is advantageous.
  • A positive attitude and a collaborative spirit are essential.
