Your responsibilities will include investigating and analyzing factors that influence processes and assets, compiling detailed reports, and proposing corrective actions to achieve established reliability benchmarks.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and maintaining reliability databases and documentation, offering technical assistance on reliability matters to plant engineering, and participating in engineering initiatives that improve equipment reliability. You will also spearhead Root Cause Failure Analysis and Reliability Maintenance efforts, including preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, while educating employees on the significance of maintenance reliability to enhance operational effectiveness. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with all food safety, quality, and legality standards.

Job Type

Work Environment
