In the role of Reliability Engineer, you will engage in tasks that prioritize safety, utilizing appropriate safety gear and fulfilling all safety certification obligations. Collaborating closely with the Facilities Manager, you will design, implement, and execute technical reliability assessments and evaluations aimed at sustaining equipment dependability. Your responsibilities will include investigating and analyzing factors that influence processes and assets, compiling detailed reports, and proposing corrective actions to achieve established reliability benchmarks.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and maintaining reliability databases and documentation, offering technical assistance on reliability matters to plant engineering, and participating in engineering initiatives that improve equipment reliability. You will also spearhead Root Cause Failure Analysis and Reliability Maintenance efforts, including preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, while educating employees on the significance of maintenance reliability to enhance operational effectiveness. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with all food safety, quality, and legality standards.

Work Environment
This role requires a willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary. You will spend time in plant areas, which may involve walking long distances, standing, climbing stairs and ladders, and navigating through confined spaces to thoroughly understand and evaluate processes.
