Job Description

**Career Opportunity: Human Resources Director**

We are seeking a well-rounded Human Resources Director who is results-driven and enjoys leading a collaborative team. As the HR Director, you will partner with senior leadership to cultivate a high-performing organizational culture, ensure smooth HR operations, and drive our strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR operations, including strategic goals, recruitment, performance management, training, leave, and retention.
  • Oversee compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including EEO, ERISA, and payroll.
  • Create and manage the annual HR budget and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Advise leadership on HR matters, offering customized solutions to meet organizational needs and development matters.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support growth.
  • Act as a business partner to advise the organization on employee relations matters, including mediation, investigations, corrective actions, and general employee support.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure diverse hiring practices and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years managing payroll functions.
  • Not-for-profit leadership experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in promoting and implementing DEI initiatives within an organization.
  • Proficient in HR regulations and best practices; knowledge of Paycom preferred.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.

Salary Range: $105,000 - $140,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
