Job Overview

As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our office. Your exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail will be key in supporting our team and driving the success of our operations.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage schedules for executives and team members, including organizing meetings and appointments.
  • Respond to and direct phone inquiries, take messages, and provide information to callers.
  • Draft and revise correspondence, reports, presentations, and various documents.
  • Assist with data entry, file management, and maintaining an orderly electronic and physical filing system.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks, including travel arrangements, expense reporting, and inventory management for office supplies.
  • Help coordinate team events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive information with care.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to facilitate the smooth operation of the office.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or bachelor's degree is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience as an administrative assistant or in similar administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the capability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and adept problem-solving skills.
  • A positive demeanor and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
