Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR Operations: Oversee the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the organization's goals and objectives.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including EEO, ERISA, and payroll.
- HR Budget and Planning: Create and manage the annual HR budget and contribute to strategic planning.
- Employee Relations and Development: Advise leadership on HR matters, offering customized solutions to meet organizational needs and development matters.
- HR Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support growth.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with teams to ensure diverse hiring practices and inclusive workplace culture.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years managing payroll functions.
- Not-for-Profit Experience: Not-for-profit leadership experience preferred.
- DEI Initiatives: Proven experience in promoting and implementing DEI initiatives within an organization.
- HR Regulations and Best Practices: Proficient in HR regulations and best practices; knowledge of Paycom preferred.
- Certifications: PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
