Regional Sales Executive (Inside Sales) - Full-time

As we continue to thrive and expand our Inside Sales team, we are seeking a dedicated Regional Sales Executive to join us and contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish, nurture, and enhance business relationships.
  • Identify unmet needs and efficiency opportunities through a consultative approach.
  • Strategically present solutions and articulate the value and positive impact of our services and products.
  • Prioritize daily tasks based on potential and urgency.
  • Lead sales discovery sessions and develop compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to strategize on accounts and opportunities.
  • Formulate, execute, and regularly update action plans and KPIs for ongoing business.
  • Utilize innovative methods to document activities, create proposals, process orders, and forecast sales.
  • Effectively leverage available sales tools and professional platforms to generate engagement.
  • Commit to continuous self-education and professional development in response to industry changes.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of proven sales growth and customer engagement experience.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to manage the complete sales cycle.
  • Capability to engage in business discussions at all organizational levels.
  • Experience in managing multiple teams and external resources to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Proficiency in sales platforms and customer-related technologies.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and possess a growth mindset.
  • Proactive with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Open to coaching and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Team-oriented with a competitive spirit.
  • Ability to effectively engage with customers through various communication channels.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $45,000 - $50,000
  • Year 1 Total Compensation (base salary + commissions): $75,000 - $125,000
