Job Overview

Insight Global is in search of a Senior Sales Executive specializing in Building Automation Solutions to join a prominent manufacturing organization. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, with responsibilities that include traveling to various client locations within the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in automation, electrical systems, fire safety, mechanical solutions, and IoT industry trends. They will collaborate with other sales teams to strategize, target, and secure new projects and client accounts.

The Senior Sales Executive will engage in industry-specific networking events and consult with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels, advocating for services that ensure optimal performance of building systems while establishing the company as a leader in the service provider sector.

Travel requirements are expected to be around 10%, with some overnight stays for training and business development purposes.


Compensation

The salary range for this position is between $65,000 and $100,000, complemented by an uncapped commission structure.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or state-recognized GED
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in building automation
  • Proven track record in account development and strategic sales capabilities
  • Strong financial acumen to effectively estimate and sell technical solutions and service offerings
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Background in life sciences, healthcare, education, data center, and industrial vertical markets
