Position Overview:
As a Regional Sales Support Executive at EVEN Hotels, you will play a crucial role in enhancing sales and revenue across a portfolio of 10 hotels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on cultivating existing business relationships while actively pursuing new opportunities.
- Engage in outreach through sales calls, area blitzes, and internet research to generate leads and increase revenue streams.
- Strengthen revenue from both room bookings and food and beverage services for established accounts.
- Maintain and nurture client relationships through consistent follow-ups and personal interactions.
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager and Regional Sales Team to meet monthly revenue targets.

- Analyze Group Pick Up reports to monitor booking pace and communicate updates to clients.
- Prepare and present weekly sales reports as required.
- Review monthly financials to anticipate needs and track booking trends against budget.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows and networking events as directed by the Regional Sales Director.

- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and engaging with walk-in guests.
- Conduct hotel tours and showcase meeting spaces to potential clients, aiming to secure bookings.
- Negotiate rates and terms with clients, ensuring alignment with hotel management.

- Assist clients in planning and coordinating their events, ensuring all specifications are met.
- Serve as the primary contact for groups, maintaining open lines of communication throughout the planning process.

- Work collaboratively with various departments to ensure a seamless guest experience from initial contact to event completion.
- Assess departmental progress and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

- Address customer issues promptly to enhance satisfaction and future sales opportunities.
- Maintain organized records and files to support sales activities.

- Achieve individual revenue goals through effective selling, negotiation, and marketing efforts across various platforms.

- Complete necessary contracts, proposals, and agreements while coordinating with relevant hotel departments to resolve any issues.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities for networking and relationship building.
- Analytical mindset to interpret data and market trends for informed decision-making.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
