As a Regional Sales Executive, you will take charge of engaging with both new and existing clients to drive sales growth, implement promotional strategies, introduce innovative products, resolve issues, and provide customer training. Your role will focus on maximizing market presence and sales performance through exceptional customer service and effective use of company sales tools. You will operate independently, as well as in collaboration with the sales manager, through in-person meetings and phone communications. Additionally, you will analyze market competition and other factors influencing sales in your territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service through timely interactions and effective problem resolution.
  • Engage with clients via various communication channels including direct sales calls, emails, and other methods as necessary.
  • Conduct personal meetings with clients that reflect the company’s strong ethical standards.
  • Drive the development of new accounts and nurture existing customer relationships within your assigned region.
  • Ensure consistent communication with all assigned customers, providing them with essential updates on products and promotions.
  • Engage in proactive outreach to maintain a robust customer pipeline.
  • Demonstrate expertise in closing sales opportunities and delivering compelling sales presentations.
  • Effectively present information to larger audiences.
  • Assist customers in growing their businesses through insightful sales processes and financial understanding.
  • Maintain organized administrative functions and adhere to company procedures.
  • Safeguard confidential company information and client data.
  • Submit accurate reports on mileage and expenses in a timely manner.
  • Promote marketing initiatives and programs to clients.
  • Stay informed about all available marketing programs and vendor support.
  • Conduct pricing studies as needed.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s product offerings.
  • Travel as required and attend necessary training sessions.
  • Foster strong communication with the Director of Regional Sales regarding activities and progress.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma with some college coursework in Business or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC or MRO parts sales.
  • Background in business-to-business sales or technical fields.
  • Familiarity with the plumbing industry is advantageous but not essential.
  • Positive demeanor with a genuine desire to assist others.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated and competitive.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
