Key Responsibilities

  • Secure contracts for fire protection inspection, maintenance, and new construction that benefit the APi Group.
  • Prepare and submit sales proposals, including RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
  • Identify growth opportunities in new industries or regions.
  • Continuously seek improvements in the sales process and implement innovative strategies.
  • Engage in off-site activities such as client meetings and industry events to cultivate relationships and generate new business.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Manage expenses prudently.
  • Collaborate with the Implementation Manager to onboard new accounts effectively.
  • Keep leadership informed about market changes and challenges.
  • Review customer contracts as necessary.
  • Develop a fire protection program that enhances customer productivity and alleviates stress.
  • Build and maintain relationships with branch offices and APi employees to strengthen your professional network.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of NSG processes to make informed decisions in the organization's best interest.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in computer applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Strong aptitude for telephone customer service.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and accurate.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to anticipating needs.
  • Experience in customer service is preferred.
