Position Overview

As a Regional Retail Manager, you will motivate and guide store leaders and teams within a designated geographic area to consistently achieve operational excellence in sales growth, talent development, community engagement, and customer satisfaction.

Your role will involve driving change management initiatives and providing clear guidance to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. You will empower store teams through effective communication, foster accountability, and demonstrate leadership in recruiting, training, developing, and retaining team members while continuously enhancing the retail shopping experience.

Utilizing your expertise, you will establish and strengthen community relations, effectively communicate company priorities and guiding principles, meet financial targets, and cultivate the highest level of customer service. You will prepare and implement store operating plans, oversee the timely delivery of educational materials, ensure optimal merchandise presentations, and uphold consistent financial processes across all locations within your market.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Performance:
Achieve outstanding results through business acumen and operational proficiency within your market, including:
- Conduct regular in-person and virtual store visits within your assigned area.
- Analyze market/store financial reports and initiate strategies to enhance future performance.
- Collaborate with store leaders to plan and execute impactful sales events.
- Ensure effective implementation of standard operational procedures and initiatives.
- Guide teams to maintain exceptional merchandising standards.
- Participate in product planning meetings with store leaders and partners.

Work with store leaders to ensure staffing aligns with customer service standards and maximizes sales opportunities while adhering to labor hour budgets.

Partner with leadership to drive new business initiatives and support existing operations.

Talent Development:
Lead comprehensive talent management across all stores, including:
- Active recruitment, training, coaching, and professional development.
- Foster a culture of continuous feedback and conduct regular performance evaluations.

Maintain a succession plan and talent pipeline to develop internal candidates while also identifying external talent.

Build cross-functional teams of engaged members to uphold standards and drive business success.

Community Engagement:
Build and nurture strong relationships with local communities, including:
- Regularly review operations and business outcomes with community partners.
- Collaborate on opportunities within the community.
- Partner with store leaders to conduct effective meetings with relevant stakeholders.Customer Experience:
Demonstrate a passion for customer service and lead teams to provide an exceptional experience for all customers, including:
- Create an engaging customer service environment and integrate service models into all interactions.
- Coach store leaders and teams on effective customer service practices and recognize outstanding performance.
- Optimize store scheduling to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with stores to resolve escalated customer issues promptly.
- Analyze customer feedback data and proactively implement improvements.
Other responsibilities as assigned to support overall store operations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of Multi-Unit Retail Experience
- Results-oriented and sales-driven
- Experience in comprehensive talent management
- Strong commitment to customer service
- Ability to build robust community relationships
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Proficient in general computer skills
