About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Manager to join our team at Great Day Improvements: A Family of Brands. As a Regional Business Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in the Nebraska region and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales peak performance
  • Collaborate with other team leaders to generate sales opportunities and drive business growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and employees
  • Manage operational compliance with corporate policies, practices, procedures, and government regulations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience, with sales experience in a business-to-consumer (B2C) environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of financial documents and general accounting
  • Experience managing profit and loss
  • Computer software competencies, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work standard retail hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to travel to multiple locations
