Regional Business Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Manager to join our team at Great Day Improvements: A Family of Brands. As a Regional Business Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in the Nebraska region and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales peak performance
- Collaborate with other team leaders to generate sales opportunities and drive business growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and employees
- Manage operational compliance with corporate policies, practices, procedures, and government regulations
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Minimum 5 years of management experience, with sales experience in a business-to-consumer (B2C) environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of financial documents and general accounting
- Experience managing profit and loss
- Computer software competencies, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work standard retail hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to travel to multiple locations
