This position is based out of Omaha, necessitating residency in Omaha or a daily commute.
Candidates should be prepared for daily travel to various locations within the region during the workweek.

Responsibilities of the Regional Operations Leader:
- Develop Branch Managers.
- Ensure that monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goals for each branch and the region are met.
- Effectively manage multiple branch locations, ensuring each meets key operational benchmarks.
- Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing team of Branch Managers, maintaining vacancy rates at 3% or less and branch turnover at 20% or less annually.
- Monitor and evaluate branch performance metrics, conducting one-on-one meetings with Branch Managers and staff.
- Organize and lead weekly sales training sessions.
- Conduct meaningful branch visits and reviews, establishing specific action items with each branch team, measuring progress toward objectives, and holding teams accountable.
- Ensure staff is thoroughly trained in our sales process and applies it consistently.
- Address and resolve customer issues in a timely manner, ensuring no issues are unresolved beyond 48 hours.
- Maintain the highest level of customer service.
Qualifications for the Regional Operations Leader:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- A minimum of five (5) years in a District/Regional Manager role overseeing multiple locations.
- Strong customer service skills, composed demeanor, empathy, patience, pleasing voice, good grammar, and a genuine desire to assist others.
- Must possess clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate or advanced computer skills are advantageous.
- Must successfully complete pre-employment criminal background checks and motor vehicle record inquiries; possess and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record as per our insurance carrier's requirements.
Travel is an essential function of this role.
