Job Title: Sales Representative

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Langels Plbg Htg A/C & Pump SVC. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Conduct site visits to gather information and prepare quotations
  • Prepare and present quotes to customers
  • Process sales orders, special orders, and stock MRs
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Collaborate with operations supervisors to plan and execute work procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three months of related experience and/or training in sales/estimating
  • Experience in HVAC and Plumbing code and discipline
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and speak effectively before groups
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts, and apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry

Working Environment:

The Sales Representative will work in a fast-paced environment, Monday through Friday, 6:30am to 4:00pm. Depending on the size and scope of the project, the Sales Representative may be required to work some nights and be prepared to work beyond scheduled time to keep customers satisfied.
