Position Overview
Wells Enterprises is on the lookout for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing and enhancing relationships with retail partners within a designated area.

The Retail Sales Associate will play a crucial role in fostering customer connections and driving sales growth.

This position comes with a company vehicle and comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
As the brand representative, you will be the face of Wells to our customers and consumers.

Your role includes delivering exceptional customer service, sharing knowledge about Wells products, addressing any issues, and nurturing relationships with store staff.

You will ensure that existing products are fully stocked and that new items are strategically placed on shelves according to approved layouts.

Your daily tasks will involve merchandising activities such as restocking, adjusting inventory levels, organizing products, tagging, rotating stock, constructing displays, placing promotional materials, and providing support for store resets.

You will also be responsible for driving additional sales by securing display placements and pre-selling products for upcoming marketing initiatives. Efficiently managing your time and prioritizing store visits within your territory is essential. You will complete store visits based on a predetermined schedule and ensure accurate and timely entries in databases, reports, recaps, expense documentation, store audits, and other requests as needed.
Qualifications:
A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with 1-3 years of sales experience. A valid driver's license is essential.

Expect approximately 25% daytime travel, with occasional overnight stays.

You should possess a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and strong interpersonal and communication abilities, as daily interactions with customers at various levels are part of the role. Demonstrated time management skills with the capacity to handle multiple responsibilities are crucial. A commitment to meeting or exceeding customer expectations, good judgment, and respect for others are vital traits. The ability to work independently while also contributing to team success is important. Basic email communication and internet skills are required.
