Position Overview

Wells Enterprises is seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing and enhancing relationships with retail accounts within a designated area, aiming to foster strong customer connections and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the brand representative and primary contact for customers, delivering exceptional service, sharing product knowledge, addressing concerns, and nurturing relationships with store staff.
  • Ensure full availability of existing products and facilitate the introduction of new items in accordance with approved merchandising strategies. Execute daily merchandising duties including inventory management, product placement, tagging, and display construction.
  • Proactively increase sales by securing promotional displays and pre-selling items for future campaigns.
  • Efficiently organize time and prioritize store visits within the assigned territory, adhering to the established frequency of store engagements.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records, including database entries, reporting, expense documentation, and other necessary administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience is essential.
  • 1-3 years of relevant sales experience is preferred.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license; willingness to travel during the day, with occasional overnight stays.
  • Strong attention to detail is crucial.
  • Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills are required, as the role involves daily interactions with various customer levels.
  • Proven time management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Commitment to exceeding customer expectations is essential.
  • Demonstrated sound judgment and respect for others.
  • Ability to work autonomously while also contributing to team dynamics.
  • Basic proficiency in email communication and internet navigation is necessary.
