Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team as a Territory Sales Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our cutting-edge products and services to residential customers in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide solutions to customers by selling our data, video, home security, and voice services.
- Manage your assigned territory to generate new leads, sales, and upgrades.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, homeowner associations, and other stakeholders.
- Assist with training new hires and partner with other departments to drive growth.
- Occasionally install or disconnect customer telecommunication services, collect payments, and equipment from customers.
- Work non-traditional hours to maximize customer contact opportunities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid state driver's license, good driving record, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
- Ability to qualify for certifications and licenses required by state and municipal laws to sell home security.
- Proficient knowledge of and ability to operate a smartphone, iPad, and computer.
- Ability to work outside in all types of weather and walk 1 or more miles a day.
