Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary representative of Wells Enterprises, embodying our brand values to customers and clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, providing insights on our products, addressing inquiries, and nurturing relationships with store staff.
- Ensure comprehensive product availability by maintaining existing stock levels and facilitating the introduction of new products according to established guidelines.
- Execute daily merchandising duties, including inventory management, product organization, pricing, display creation, and promotional material placement.
- Drive additional sales through strategic display placements and proactive promotion of upcoming offers.
- Manage time effectively to meet store visit schedules and ensure all calls are completed as planned.
- Maintain accurate records through timely entries in databases, reporting, and other necessary documentation.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience is required.
- 1-3 years of relevant sales experience.
- Valid driver's license is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel during the day, with occasional overnight stays.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience in engaging with diverse customer levels.
- Proven time management skills, capable of handling multiple responsibilities.
