Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our team at Alliance Physical Therapy Partners. As a key member of our front office staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics and providing exceptional patient care.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, registration, and insurance verification.
  • Provide top-notch customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Assist with patient registration, scheduling, and rescheduling.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care.

Qualifications/Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two years of experience in a medical office or customer service setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Physical Demands:
  • The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, reach, and perform other physical tasks.
