Objective:

The primary goal is to guarantee that customers receive the appropriate parts at competitive prices and within an efficient timeframe. This role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process orders from customers and the service department
  • Complete worksheets for customers and technicians to enhance accuracy

  • Manage incoming calls
  • Record essential information to guide customers to the appropriate personnel
  • Follow up on inquiries until resolution

Qualifications:

Education: A one-year certificate from a college or technical institution; or three to six months of relevant experience and/or training; or a suitable combination of education and experience.

Language Proficiency: Ability to comprehend and interpret documents such as safety regulations, operational instructions, and procedural manuals. Capable of drafting routine reports and correspondence. Proficient in verbal communication before groups of customers or employees.

Mathematical Proficiency: Basic skills in addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division across various units of measure, including whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Ability to calculate rates, ratios, and percentages, as well as interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Skills: Intermediate ability to apply common sense to follow instructions provided in written, oral, or diagrammatic form. Capable of addressing problems involving multiple concrete variables in standardized scenarios.
