Choice Party Linens is a dynamic, collaborative, and family-owned enterprise that takes pride in delivering exceptional service and quality within the Party Rental Industry.

With more than 32 years of expertise, we offer a fresh and innovative approach to linen rentals across the United States.

All new office personnel undergo paid training on-site through Choice University.

Choice University includes a day spent with one of our drivers and comprehensive warehouse training, covering aspects such as shipping and receiving.

This training is designed to provide you with a thorough understanding of our operations and business model, ensuring you are well-prepared to begin your journey with our Business Development team.

*THIS POSITION IS NOT REMOTE*

The role consists of approximately 80% B2B Inside Sales and 20% Customer Service, with a greater emphasis on Customer Service during peak seasons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting 50-75 outbound calls daily and following up on leads
  • Identifying potential sales opportunities
  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients while seeking new clients and business
  • Handling incoming calls during peak seasons
  • Flexibility in working hours during busy periods
  • Willingness to travel within the Continental US for Trade Shows in cities such as Orlando, Las Vegas, Dallas, San Diego, Chicago, and New Orleans
Previous sales experience is preferred, while Customer Service experience is mandatory.

Compensation

$42-45k annually, along with monthly bonuses for new customer acquisitions and annual performance-based incentives.

Work schedule is Monday through Friday with alternating Saturday mornings during peak season. Sundays are non-working days.

All expenses covered for travel to Trade Shows in cities such as Las Vegas, Orlando, New Orleans, and Dallas.

Position Requirements
A high school diploma is required; some college education is preferred.

Two years of prior experience in an outbound call center or a related sales role is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is essential.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Exceptional phone and cold calling abilities.

Outstanding customer service skills.

Strong listening and sales capabilities.

Ability to meet daily and monthly performance targets.

Must successfully pass a Criminal Background Check.
