Senior Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our C-Suite team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive support, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the C-Suite, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
  • Anticipate and address the needs of the C-level executive, ensuring proactive and efficient management of tasks and responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between the C-Suite and other executives, staff, and external partners
  • Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and events
  • Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Assist in the planning and execution of business events, lunches, dinners, and other activities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive tracking system for business-related activities and commitments
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of experience providing c-suite support
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of best practices in executive support
  • Heavy calendar management experience
  • Experience effectively communicating and building relationships with senior management
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of discretion
  • Outstanding work ethic and reliability
  • Advanced MS Office Suite experience
