Position Summary
The Ladders is in search of a Mid-Level Executive Assistant to provide essential support to senior leadership, including Associate Directors and Deputy Directors. This role requires a proactive individual who can operate independently, manage confidential information with care, and effectively engage with various departments within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary executive assistant to senior management.
- Serve as the main liaison for executives, ensuring smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage logistics through the automated travel system.
- Assist in analyzing data and metrics to prepare comprehensive reports and briefing documents.
- Oversee special projects from initiation to completion.
- Draft, edit, and prepare professional correspondence, including letters, emails, and memos.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of five to seven years of demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant supporting high-level executives.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on identifying opportunities and proposing effective solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience providing executive support within a government agency.
