Behavioral Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive assessments of behavioral and educational needs
  • Develop and implement effective behavior intervention strategies and skill development programs
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tailored support plans
  • Engage in collaborative efforts with interdisciplinary team members
  • Provide training and guidance to families and caregivers on behavior management techniques
