- Respond to emails and document requests on behalf of the executive
- Draft slides, meeting notes, and documents for the executive
- Collect and organize video content
- Conduct weekly check-ins with virtual assistants
- Manage pharmacy employees to their job descriptions daily, including monthly sit-downs
- Oversee online commerce management, including Poshmark and Facebook marketplace
- Organize multiple Google Drive accounts and desktop files
- Ensure the medical spa operates on strict timelines
- Manage pharmacy and medical spa inventory
- Complete administrative paperwork and set up new accounts
- Manage personal and business finances
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
