Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Support Specialist to join our team at The Hollister Group. As a key member of our organization, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our C-Suite, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior executives.
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and events.
  • Liaison and Communication: Act as a liaison between the C-Suite and other executives, staff, and external partners, ensuring effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Travel Coordination: Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Event Planning: Assist in the planning and execution of business events, lunches, dinners, and other activities.
  • Tracking and Organization: Develop and maintain a comprehensive tracking system for business-related activities and commitments.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience providing C-Suite support.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and understanding of best practices in executive support.
  • Calendar Management: Heavy calendar management experience.
  • Communication and Relationship-Building: Experience effectively communicating and building relationships with senior management.
  • Organizational and Time Management: Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication and Discretion: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of discretion.
  • Work Ethic and Reliability: Outstanding work ethic and reliability.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced MS Office Suite experience.
