The Role: The Client Partner is pivotal in fostering sustainable, profitable growth from client accounts by cultivating strategic partnerships and collaborating with delivery teams to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

This position involves managing the development and progression of client relationships, capable of steering intricate, multi-faceted projects that integrate design services, consulting, and software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Formulate account strategies and identify growth opportunities within client accounts.
  • Relationship Development: Build and enhance connections with key decision-makers and influencers, including executive-level clients.
  • Value Creation: Advocate for higher-value services and solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Industry Insight: Continuously deepen understanding of the client's business and industry to act as a trusted advisor.
  • Growth Accountability: Responsible for driving revenue and margin growth within assigned accounts.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction and facilitate successful outcomes.
  • Delivery Coordination: Collaborate with delivery teams to effectively meet client requirements.
  • Expectation Management: Oversee client communications and manage expectations regarding project deliverables; negotiate and resolve high-level client challenges.
  • Negotiation Leadership: Serve as the principal negotiator for client engagements.
Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (MBA/BE/B Tech) preferred.
  • Proven track record of building trusted advisor relationships.
  • Demonstrated organic growth within assigned accounts.
  • Experience in forming and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in selling a diverse range of services.
  • Strong experience in delivering impactful sales presentations.
  • Extensive client-facing experience.
  • Preferred industry experience in healthcare and retail.
  • Experience managing account P&L.
  • Significant client management experience within a digital agency, consultancy, or professional services environment.
  • Experience in software development services.
Experience Requirements:

  • 20+ years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
  • 4-6 years of program/account management or strategic experience.
