Position Overview

Impact of the Role:

The Senior Vice President, Client Lead will spearhead a team of leaders dedicated to establishing effective business methodologies centered around strategic planning, objective setting, recruitment, and advisory roles. This position will report directly to the Managing Director of our Retail division and collaborate closely with designated clients of Epsilon. You will engage with stakeholders from various departments including Business Development, Account Management, Finance, and Product Development to enhance client retention and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Success in this role is defined by a high degree of client satisfaction, the seamless delivery of Epsilon solutions, a strategic perspective that facilitates the introduction of additional Epsilon offerings to the assigned clients, and a consistent focus on growth, particularly in onboarding new clients.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in client management (including client-side, advertising solutions, direct marketing, and agency experience), with a preference for retail or e-commerce.
  • A minimum of 15 years of proven consultative and solution-oriented sales and business development experience, with strong negotiation and closing capabilities.
  • A multi-faceted marketer with comprehensive knowledge across digital channels (including online, omni-channel messaging, data, and services) as well as marketing technology platforms.
  • Ability to evaluate client goals and devise communication strategies that align with those objectives across customer marketing initiatives encompassing both adtech and martech requirements.
  • Self-driven individual with exceptional prioritization skills and a focus on revenue generation.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills; adept at identifying opportunities, securing new business, and closing sales.
  • Solid quantitative skills with a grasp of analytical tools and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with the design, execution, and evaluation of marketing programs.
