We are seeking a meticulous and organized Lead Client Relations Executive who can seamlessly integrate into our team. The ideal candidate is a dedicated professional and quick learner, passionate about retail and shopper marketing, particularly in the quick service restaurant sector. Under guidance, the Lead Client Relations Executive will be involved in the daily management of client accounts, showcasing strategic insight and a profound understanding of the client's objectives. You will foster strong relationships with internal teams, key clients, and partner agencies while overseeing various projects and initiatives, including seasonal campaigns, photoshoots, and digital assets for in-restaurant use.
QualificationsEssential Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an agency environment; experience in shopper marketing or quick service restaurants is a plus.
- Proven track record in managing client relationships and account services.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (creative, project management, production, and/or strategy).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Desirable Attributes:
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to ask questions.
- Ability to manage time effectively and maintain accountability in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with the capability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to daily client needs.

- Genuine interest in shopper and retail marketing.
- Proficient in executing and delivering print and digital programs.
