Position Overview:

Title: Senior Account Director

Reporting Structure: Reports to Jack Mitchell, Regional VP Sales

We are the market leader in North America for comprehensive in-store advertising solutions, partnering with major retailers such as Kroger, Albertsons, Dollar General, Loblaws, Metro, CVS, and Walgreens. Our proprietary cash back shopping app, Checkout 51, enhances our programmatic digital media offerings through its unique first-party data.

Role Summary: The Senior Account Director is responsible for expanding client relationships and driving revenue growth within the designated client portfolio, while also identifying and onboarding new clients. This role involves selling Neptune's extensive range of services, including In-Store Advertising, Digital Incentives, Digital Media, and At-Home solutions to foster business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically enhance revenue across accounts in alignment with corporate objectives and profitability targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships, negotiating effectively at all levels within assigned accounts.
  • Engage with senior decision-makers to comprehend their business goals and demonstrate how Neptune's capabilities can support their objectives, thereby building a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Promote the adoption of Neptune's solutions by crafting client-focused campaigns that leverage our resources to meet client needs.
  • Utilize data, insights, and financial forecasting models to create informed recommendations.
  • Conduct regular forecasting and reporting to management on a weekly basis.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of achieving measurable results and references demonstrating revenue growth over a minimum of three consecutive years.
  • Strong passion for business development and potential for account growth.
  • Self-motivated individual with a high degree of personal accountability, capable of taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Successful history of building strong relationships with senior-level decision-makers.
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to leverage data to create customized solutions for clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of the CPG and retail sectors.

Location: Remote, with travel requirements up to 35% of the time.
