We are the market leader in North America for end-to-end in-store advertising, collaborating with major retailers such as Kroger, Albertsons, Dollar General, Loblaws, Metro, CVS, and Walgreens. Our proprietary cash back shopping app, Checkout 51, enhances our programmatic digital media offerings through deterministic first-party data, ensuring we effectively guide consumers towards making purchases both in-store and online.
Role Summary: The Senior Account Director is responsible for enhancing client relationships and driving revenue growth within the designated client portfolio, while also identifying opportunities to onboard new clients. This role involves promoting Neptune's extensive offerings, which include In-Store Advertising, Digital Incentives, Digital Media, and At-Home solutions to foster growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically boost revenue across accounts in alignment with corporate objectives and profitability standards.
- Establish and nurture relationships while managing negotiations at all levels within assigned accounts.
- Secure engagements with senior decision-makers to comprehend their business goals and demonstrate how Neptune's capabilities can support their objectives, thereby building a strong opportunity pipeline.
- Promote the adoption of Neptune solutions by crafting client-focused campaigns that leverage Neptune's resources to meet client needs.
- Utilize data, insights, and financial forecasting models to develop tailored recommendations.
- Maintain a consistent schedule of forecasting and reporting to management.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of achieving tangible results and references for revenue growth over a minimum of three consecutive years.
- Driven by a passion for new business development and account expansion.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of personal accountability, demonstrating initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Successful in cultivating strong relationships with senior-level decision-makers.
- Highly analytical, with the ability to utilize data to create customized solutions for clients.
- Effective communicator, capable of influencing both internal and external stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of the CPG and retail sectors.
Location: Remote – Travel required up to 35% of the time.
