The Executive Vice President of Retail Operations is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight for the operational functions of the retail division, focusing on enhancing growth and profitability.

This role encompasses the management of all operational facets, including procurement, inventory oversight, marketing strategies, and the integration of e-commerce solutions, while fostering collaboration with operational leaders to achieve shared objectives and performance metrics.


Job Summary:

This individual will ensure that business operations are conducted efficiently and effectively by establishing strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for profit enhancement, and formulating strategic initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the effective management of resources and service distribution to clients, ensuring thorough system analysis.
  • Drive business performance to meet high standards as indicated by the company scorecard, engaging in strategic planning discussions as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Develop a high-performing team within the region that achieves results.
  • Engage in the sales process by collaborating with the pre-proposal site survey team, assisting in presentations, negotiations, and final contract approvals.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree; a Master's Degree is advantageous.
  • 7+ years of leadership experience in management.
  • Proven experience in personnel management, including recruitment, supervision, evaluation, and succession planning.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining focus amidst interruptions.
  • Capable of making informed business decisions based on financial analysis and reports.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Demonstrated ability to enhance profitability, sustainability, and creativity across all business channels in alignment with corporate strategy.
