You will receive comprehensive training on how to conduct engaging sales presentations while fostering excellent relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities in the surrounding areas.
  • Conduct professional outreach in residential neighborhoods through direct engagement and outreach efforts.
  • Collect essential homeowner data to tailor customized solar energy solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance metrics, participating in ongoing training for personal and team development.
  • Schedule follow-up consultations to address any customer inquiries.
  • Expand your network strategically to grow your customer base.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
  • Maintain a flexible work schedule, with core hours from Monday to Friday and optional Saturday shifts.
  • Enjoy flexibility in your schedule following the completion of initial training.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in customer service.
  • Outgoing personality with a self-motivated attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Reliable transportation and a smartphone for utilizing company applications.
  • Commitment to personal growth and participation in team training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
