  • Creation of operational models and alignment strategies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct operational assessments for Skilled Nursing Facilities and Senior Housing clients
  • Evaluate branding and marketing strategies, pricing frameworks, and provide actionable recommendations
  • Engage in tactical planning and coaching for ongoing client projects post-strategic planning
  • Generate detailed operational reports for client engagements
  • Perform audits and identify operational challenges, assisting in the formulation of improvement strategies
  • Design staffing models and workflows based on industry standards and client needs
  • Collaborate with team members on various engagements requiring operational insights
  • Guide clients through the operational phases of new builds and service pricing models

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration, Nursing, Finance, Sales and Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the Senior Living or Senior Care Services sector, or equivalent consulting experience; licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator or Senior Living Administrator is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering exceptional client service
  • Capacity to work independently under pressure and coordinate diverse activities to achieve consensus
  • Willingness to travel frequently, with approximately 45% overnight travel
