Job Summary

Victra, an Exclusive Retailer for Total Wireless, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Wireless Consultant to deliver exceptional service to every guest. As a Wireless Consultant, you will be the face of Victra and Total Wireless, providing world-class service and connecting guests to what matters most.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Achieve personal sales goals bi-weekly, provide excellent customer service, and represent Victra and Total Wireless in a positive way.
  • Product Knowledge: Review promotions, plans, and devices daily to stay up-to-date on the latest products and services.
  • Outbound Sales: Make daily outbound calls and texts to drive sales using various platforms.
  • Training and Development: Attend weekly and monthly trainings to stay current on industry information and products.
  • Store Environment: Create a premier retail environment through cleanliness, merchandising, and organization.
  • Customer Interactions: Handle all customer service interactions courteously and professionally.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or GED.
  • Language: Spanish/Bilingual.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a retail sales environment preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $10.33/hour, with uncapped earning potential through commission. Our Wireless Consultants make a national average of $24.50 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $58,000 per year based on a 35-hour work week. We also offer paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your first 60 days of employment.
